DCMW's GMST Tweaks 1.2.0

These are the GMSTs that I use. It is intended for balance with Tamriel Rebuilt and Project Tamriel, and it also makes the game a little harder.

REASONING

Tamriel Rebuilt, Skyrim: Home of the Nords, and Province: Cyrodiil makes the game almost 3 times its
original size. I have made training cost 3 times more, and training take 3 times longer.

Each probe has a different untrapping value, however the game does not have any difficulty setting for traps. I have set the untrapping value to the same as the unlocking value.

I think NPCs greet you from an annoying distance. Now they only greet you from 2/3rds of that distance.

Sneaking is now lowered like the popular Lower First Person Sneak mod.
