Necrolesian
View File Blighted Blight Blighted Blight Description This mod uses MWSE-lua to implement the possibility of contracting blight diseases while out in a blight storm (similar to Half11's Blight Storms Restored, but using MWSE). Each time you move from one cell to another, and the weather in the new cell is a blight storm, there will be a chance of contracting a random blight disease. This applies when moving from inside to outside, and when traveling from one exterior cell to another. (It does not apply when entering an interior cell.) The base chance of contracting a blight disease is 10% on each cellchange into a blight storm (this chance is configurable in the Mod Config Menu). This base chance is modified by any Resist Blight Disease (or Weakness to Blight Disease) you have. For example, Resist Blight Disease 100 means you're immune, 50 points will cut the chance in half, and 50 points of Weakness to Blight Disease will increase the chance by half. Any new blight diseases added by mods in your load order will be detected by Blighted Blight, and will be added to the list of blight diseases you can catch. Requirements This mod requires MGE XE and the latest version of MWSE 2.1. Just install MGE XE and run MWSE-Update.exe to download the latest build. Recommendations This mod works very well with Creeping Blight, which implements an increasing possibility of blight storms outside of Red Mountain before the Main Quest is complete. Version History Version 1.0.1 - 2020-09-28 - Fixed a bug when the player entered a "wilderness" cell (i.e. swam too far out from shore). Version 1.0 - 2020-07-28 - Initial release.
