A custom-made book menu texture designed to stay true to the original. I think there's definitely room for improvement, but I'm very happy with the results so far! There's no bookmark texture included, since it should fit right in with the vanilla bookmark.

Accidentally uploaded a personal backup archive that included source files, needlessly bloating the file size. Oops! I've uploaded a correct version.
Choose your desired resolution (the vanilla book menu is a measly 512x256), then move the Textures folder to your Data Files folder, overwriting the existing tx_menubook.dds if present.
To uninstall, delete tx_menubook.dds in your Textures folder, or replace it with your previous book menu replacer.
