It's modular so you can just install the one(s) you want. I made this back in 2013 when Drac and Toccatta told me they were working on Morrowind Crafting 3.0. I was a little premature, but I used these with 2.1, too. None of the houses are big, just ordinary sized houses you'd find in the vanilla game. No cost, just move right in.
